Peacock is NBCUniversal’s streaming service, which will launch in April 2020 with a free tier. The service will also have two subscription tiers: Peacock Premium for $4.99 per month, and Peacock Premium Plus for $9.99 per month. The free tier of Peacock will include 7,500 hours of movies and TV shows and advertisements.

Peacock TV is the new streaming service that’s providing access to some of the best movies and shows, with many new titles coming every month. That’s in addition to all the shows and movies you can stream for free (with ads) on Peacock Free, plus thousands of hours of news, sports, late-night TV, and other content available exclusively on Peacock Premium. With a bargain $4.99/month price tag for the ad-free version ($9.99/month with ads), it’s an excellent value for fans of NBCUniversal’s classic series such as Battlestar Galactica, Downton Abbey, Friday Night Lights, Heroes, The Office (US version), Parks and Recreation, Psych, 30 Rock, Top Chef (limited seasons) and more.

For a basic monthly membership, you’ll pay $4.99 for a limited library of shows and movies. A premium package, which grants access to all of Peacock’s content, will cost $9.99 a month or $99.90 annually.

Subscribers who have an existing cable or satellite account will have access to the premium service at no cost. If you have an existing Xfinity account, you’ll be able to stream the full library at no additional cost. Other cable providers are also offering the premium version of Peacock for free to their subscribers, though it’s on a case-by-case basis.

$4.99/month. It’s pretty good, I don’t know if you have Amazon Prime but we have a lot of the same shows and you can watch them on your phone, laptop, chromecast, AppleTV, etc.

I don’t think the current seasons of NBC shows are there right away though. I think they wait until they’ve aired.
